With multiple sites throughout greater Auckland we offer a full range of services from general X-Ray to the latest in Nuclear Medicine Therapy and we're still growing!

We have a permanent part-time vacancy at our Pukekohe Branch for a Medical Receptionist to work the following shifts:

  • Friday 8:30am - 5pm
  • Saturday 8:30am - 3pm


This opportunity will suit someone who thrives in a frontline role and will be confident dealing with a broad range of patients and clinicians. You may be a health sciences student or an experienced medical receptionist, but you will need to be able to commit to these Friday and Saturday shifts on a permanent basis. There will be the possibility of additional shifts from time to time. Experience in healthcare is desirable but training and support will be provided as required.

Reception duties include:

  • Greeting patients & visitors in a warm & professional manner
  • Scheduling appointments & updating patient details
  • Entering details for accurate invoicing & claims
  • Despatching reports & images


We encourage you to apply if you have:

  • Previous experience in reception, customer service, scheduling appointments & bookings ideally in a healthcare environment
  • Excellent computer literacy, and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • An eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
  • The ability to communicate clearly & effectively in a calm and friendly manner
