Job Description

Work for an established company specialising in health and wellness products. As part of the customer service team, you will play a vital role and aim to achieve an exceptional customer experience for callers on a wide range of issues and assist in maintaining a positive brand image.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide support to customers either by telephone, or through other avenues such as email and web response
  • Prompt and accurate response to customer product and service inquiries
  • Asking engaging quality questions to get to the root of the problem and resolve complaints
  • End to end processing of orders and requests
  • Organise workflow to ensure company service delivery timelines are met
  • Perform customer verifications and set up new customer accounts
  • Accurately keep record of customer interactions and transactions
  • Complete adhoc tasks as required from the business

Skills and experience

  • Ability to quickly pick up on new systems and training and hit the ground running
  • You are someone who has a clear, calm, professional phone manner who can easily connect with people from all walks of life and naturally enjoys finding solutions for customers
  • You have prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally from Contact Centre, Retail, and/or Hospitality.
  • You will have a passion for people and naturally aim for first call resolution wherever possible. We want you to get rave reviews from satisfied customers!
