Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate shipments by speaking with overseas clients and agents as well as NZ agents
Use Cargowise to input shipment details such as commodity codes. Experience on Cargowise a big advantage.
Keep tracking information current and up to date and be available to discuss information with clients.
Communicate quickly and effectively with clients via email and over the phone throughout the process
Invoice and ensure POD's are logged.
The skills and experience you'll need to bring with you include:
Previous freight forwarding and international shipping experience
Strong communicator with high attention to detail
Willingness to Learn - great training provided
Problem solving and proactive approach
Ability to use Word and Excel on a daily basis
