We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and passionate Breakfast Cook to ensure our guests start their day with an exceptional dining experience. Whether it’s crafting a delicious breakfast buffet or assisting with evening meal prep, you’ll be a vital part of our kitchen team.
About the Role:
Prepare and cook breakfast items for the buffet, ensuring top-notch quality and presentation.
Contribute to evening meal prep and setup.
Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards.
Adhere to portion control guidelines and minimize food waste.
Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs.
Support the kitchen team with additional tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a breakfast cook or in a similar role (preferred).
A passion for food and delivering excellent culinary experiences.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
Flexibility to work early mornings, including weekends and public holidays.
This is a part time role offering 20-30 hours per week. We will look after you with regular shifts, a friendly team and the prestige of being part of one of NZ's leading hotel brands. $25-27ph
