Copthorne Hotel Wellington is looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our renowned One80 Restaurant and foodie team.

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll be working under the guidance of an accomplished Executive Chef, gaining hands-on experience in an award-winning culinary environment.
What you’ll be doing:
Take charge of your kitchen section to ensure dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
Contribute to menu development, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
Maintain exceptional quality, presentation, and efficiency, even during high-volume service.
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in the kitchen.
Support and mentor junior chefs, fostering a collaborative and passionate team environment.
What we’re looking for:
Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Chef de Partie in an upmarket or fast-paced restaurant.
A creative and detail-oriented approach to food preparation and plating.
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices.
A team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
The ability to thrive under pressure in a high-volume environment.
Flexibility to work a variable roster (minimum 20 hours per week) which will predominately include evening work - weekend availability is a must!
