Copthorne Hotel Wellington is looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our renowned One80 Restaurant and foodie team.

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll be working under the guidance of an accomplished Executive Chef, gaining hands-on experience in an award-winning culinary environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Take charge of your kitchen section to ensure dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
- Contribute to menu development, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
- Maintain exceptional quality, presentation, and efficiency, even during high-volume service.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Support and mentor junior chefs, fostering a collaborative and passionate team environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Chef de Partie in an upmarket or fast-paced restaurant.
- A creative and detail-oriented approach to food preparation and plating.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices.
- A team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- The ability to thrive under pressure in a high-volume environment.
- Flexibility to work a variable roster (minimum 20 hours per week) which will predominately include evening work - weekend availability is a must!
