About the Role:

Tremains Real Estate is looking for a dynamic Receptionist/Office Administrator to be the welcoming face of our Tauranga office. For the first six weeks, you'll manage our front-of-house operations before transitioning into an administrative role, supporting our wider Bay of Plenty team. This temporary position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure, and is committed to delivering top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations and provide a warm, professional welcome to clients.
  • Support the Tauranga and BOP team with administrative tasks.
  • Process property listings, contracts, and marketing materials.
  • Prepare documentation and presentations for meetings.
  • Ensure smooth office operations with general administrative duties.


What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in Real Estate (preferred but not essential).
  • Meticulous Attention to Detail - Accuracy is key in this role.
  • Exceptional Time Management - Ability to juggle priorities in a busy environment.
  • Tech-Savvy - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a quick learner for real estate software.
