Role Overview:
We are looking for a Roller Operator with at least 1 year of experience and the relevant certifications to work on a range of civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-conscious, and ready to deliver quality results on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate rollers to compact soil, asphalt, and other materials.
- Assist with ground preparation and ensure the quality of the surface.
- Work in compliance with site safety regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a roller operator.
- Relevant certificates and licenses.
- Strong understanding of civil construction processes.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
