ABOUT THE ROLE
This exciting 38 hours Monday - Friday role is for someone who loves the kaleidoscope of denim. As our Assistant Manager you will work alongside the Store Manager to maximise sales opportunities through coaching, developing and providing feedback to your team.

To succeed in this role you will be motivated by driving sales and passionate about providing an exceptional service experience for each of our Just Jeans customer. You will also have:

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong leadership and good communication skills
  • Previous management experience, preferably in retail
  • Ability to motivate the team and drive brand standards
  • Ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI’s & stock loss targets
