We have the opportunity available for a Financial Officer to be part of our successful team.

Reporting directly to the Business owner, you will be responsible for:

  • Accounts payable including verifying and processing invoices, reconciling supplier statements and setting up batch payments
  • Dealing with both internal and external queries regarding payments
  • Accounts receivables, including on-charges to agents and following up with unpaid invoices
  • Setting up and managing payroll
  • Bank reconciliation and cashflow projections


We are looking for someone with attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people from various backgrounds.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role, as well as the ability to use initiative, work proactively, and strive for excellence in all areas of work.

You'll also need to have:

  • You might have a tertiary qualification, maybe a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with around 2 years working experience (this is preferred, but not essential);
  • You are highly competent with financial management software (in particular Microsoft Excel, and Xero);
  • You have a fantastic customer service ethic;
  • You have excellent attention to detail;
  • You're highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise deadlines; and
  • You have great communication and relationship skills


This is a full-time opportunity. You will be part of a large and fast growing team and also must be able to work independently.
