Our client based in Mount Wellington is looking for a Painter to assist with the upkeep of internal and external cladding and other projects as required.
Your duties would involve:
- Maintenance of internal and external cladding
- Identifying problem areas and implementing solutions
- Working from heights
- Placing orders & maintenance of stock
- Colour matching
Key Information:
- Monday - Friday
- 40hrs p/w
- Flexible shift times (dayshift, but start/finish times are flexible)
- Occasional Saturday may be required but not often
- Rates negotiable on experience (between $28 - $32ph)
- On site parking
- All tools and equipment will be provided
The successful applicant will:
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Be independent and able to work unsupervised
- Be reliable and punctual
- Have worked at heights before
- Have a EWP cert - or happy to obtain this
- Be physically fit as the role can be demanding
- Be able to pass pre-employment drug test & return a satisfactory Ministry of Justice criminal background check
