Is an award winning, innovative NZ owned, highly respected multi-disciplinary engineering design consultancy with two strategic offices on the North and South Island who provide expertise across a diverse range of projects, servicing a broad client base consisting of leading developers and national and multinational clients.
Very well established, they are truly passionate about working with their clients to achieve successful commercial outcomes.
A true consultant, they provide structural, civil, architecture, Tekla and building consent to the commercial and industrial sectors, often as Lead Consultant working from concept to delivery.
Projects include commercial, offices, hospitals, apartments, schools, sports stadiums, public projects, car parks and industrial, often with blue chip clients and large developers.
Due to continued growth, they have an opening for a Graduate to Intermediate Structural Engineer (1-7 year’s experience) to join their Tauranga team.
Great opportunity for an x-factor Structural Engineer to join a consulting practice specialising in total design and construction services.
The Role
- Operate as a true Consulting Engineer
- Design and delivery of the complete building system
- Work directly with clients and the builder
- Work as Engineer to the Contract
- Full end to end process including construction monitoring and site observations
- Be involved in the business aspects of the firm
About You
- 1-7 years Structural Engineering experience New Zealand in concrete and steel design construction.
- Must have seismic experience
- 1st Class Honours from Canterbury or Auckland
- New build commercial and industrial design experience
- Have the X Factor – great technical and people skills
