About the Role:

As a Senior Account Executive, you will join the organisation at an exciting time of transition as they look to adapt their sales strategy to further support growth in local markets. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, on-boarding and maintaining a new pipeline of direct to enterprise revenue, playing an instrumental role in the organisations’ evolution and growth.

As the ideal candidate, you will be a high energy sales professional with a strong track record of performance within a technology services environment. You will be a trusted advisor to your clients, and be confident in establishing lasting relationships within a range of environments. You will also be comfortable ‘being on the road’ as a visible representative of the brand, leading from the front with an authentic and relational approach.

We are seeking applicants who thrive on a challenge, and will approach each new lead with the same vigour and enthusiasm as the last. Skills and Experience Required:

  • Exposure developing partnerships and leading technical sales negotiations with enterprise customers, ideally in both the public and private sectors.
  • Experience operating in both smaller, more agile environments as well as larger enterprise organisations.
  • Robust sales disciplines – with capabilities across business development, contract negotiation, strategic planning and key account management.
  • Genuine and authentic customer management skills – able to build longstanding commercial partnerships through an authentic and trusting approach.
  • Commercial nous, with a strategic approach to sales pipeline management, prioritisation and return on investment.
  • Ability to obtain NZ Police Security Clearance.
