ROLE
We are currently looking for an experienced Export Sea Freight Operator to join our team. We offer a hybrid working option. You will ideally have previous experience with Freight All Kinds (FAK) consolidation of LCL cargo, and a Customs Pin qualification would be highly desirable. Exposure to a high-volume environment would be helpful.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with clients regarding packing of FCL containers
- Producing documentation and processing accounts in an efficient and timely manner
- Customer service is integral to this role, and you will ensure all tasks are handled in a friendly and efficient manner.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 2-3 years of Freight forwarding experience or relevant Industry equivalent
- You will be action orientated and have excellent attention to detail
- Strong numerical and analytical skills and are business savvy
- A talent for relationship building with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- A willingness to learn; and will be well organized and customer focused
- A customs Pin would be an advantage.
