ROLE

We are currently looking for an experienced Export Sea Freight Operator to join our team. You will ideally have previous experience with Freight All Kinds (FAK) consolidation of LCL cargo, and a Customs Pin qualification would be highly desirable. Exposure to a high-volume environment would be helpful.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with clients regarding packing of FCL containers
  • Producing documentation and processing accounts in an efficient and timely manner
  • Customer service is integral to this role, and you will ensure all tasks are handled in a friendly and efficient manner.


OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • 2-3 years of Freight forwarding experience or relevant Industry equivalent
  • You will be action orientated and have excellent attention to detail
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills and are business savvy
  • A talent for relationship building with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • A willingness to learn; and will be well organized and customer focused
  • A customs Pin would be an advantage.
