About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sealing Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of sealing projects across Auckland. This senior leadership role combines technical expertise, financial acumen, and team management skills to drive growth and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the planning, resourcing, and execution of surfacing projects (chip-sealing and hot mix).
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Oversee financial performance, including cost management, reporting, and profit & loss analysis.
- Manage a team of approximately 15 staff, fostering a high-performance culture and a strong safety-first mindset.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong technical expertise in surfacing, particularly in chip-sealing, aggregates, and hot mix materials.
- Proven experience in bidding, tendering, and delivering projects successfully.
- Financial management skills, including budgeting and reporting.
- Leadership experience with a focus on team performance and continuous improvement.
- A proactive approach to health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).
