About the Role:

As a People Experience Coordinator at DX Mail, you’ll be pivotal in supporting the HR function, helping to shape our culture and employee experience. You’ll coordinate recruitment processes, manage onboarding, and contribute to employee engagement and retention strategies. By utalising insights from exit interviews and engagement surveys, you’ll help make meaningful improvements in our workplace culture.

You’ll also support the Learning Management System (LMS) to help drive employee development and compliance, ensuring that training modules are effective and aligned with the company’s goals. This is a hands-on role that offers an opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to development and beyond.

What We’re Looking For:

  • This is a general wish list, not prerequisite check we don't expect you to achieve 100%
  • 1-3 years’ experience in HR or recruitment coordination, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • An understanding of New Zealand employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
  • A proactive approach to gathering and analysing feedback from employees, using data to drive continuous improvement in retention, engagement, and culture.
