This role supports the Senior Marketing Partner in building a deep understanding of key customer audiences, identifying marketing opportunities and contributing to the development of exceptional strategic thinking to build deeper connections with our customers. This role works with colleagues and agency partners to deliver marketing strategies across key segments that deliver distinctive customer experiences, leading to outstanding business results and improved ROMI.

What is the team culture and environment like?

What projects / work will the candidate be working on now and into the next year?
This role is key to the strategic design of our marketing activity. You’ll be responsible for developing a plan encompassing both consideration and conversion activity that’s informed by strong customer insights. You’ll work collaboratively with our Marketing Managers and other supporting Marketing functions to develop marketing activity that brings the strategy to life and delivers outstanding business results.
What is the most exciting thing about this opportunity?
An opportunity to utilise strong strategic thinking to champion the customer while working collaboratively with our internal teams and agency partners to design customer centric marketing strategies.
What will success look like for the candidate in this role?
You’ll be a self-starter with a real passion for the customer.
You’ll be a strong strategic thinker and have confidence in distilling data, research and insights and turning these into marketing opportunities
Stakeholder management will be a strength and you’ll have exceptional interpersonal skills
