Seeking people with the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
- CPEng accreditation (or working towards it).
- 10+ years of consulting experience, specifically in delivering complex land development projects.
- Proven leadership ability, including mentoring engineers and managing large project teams.
- Expertise in 12D or Civil 3D.
- Strong client relationship and business development skills to drive future opportunities.
