Job Description

SHORT TERM PROJECT OPPORTUNITY

Tradestaff is looking for 3x fitters from May 19th – June 10th (possibly until June 17th) to assist one of our clients with an industrial shutdown.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Changing bearings, chains & sockets
  • Operate and maintain industrial machines
  • Interpret technical drawings
  • Ensure all operations adhere to safety protocols
  • Check all equipment works correctly


Key Requirements:

  • Trade certificate in fitting/ turning/ machining will be highly regarded OR 5+ years proven experience
  • Ability to pass a drug test if required
  • Valid NZ driver’s license + your own vehicle to get to and from site
