Job Description

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Chefs to assist with the day-to-day operations of our kitchens. Excellent communication skills, culinary creativity and the ability to thrive in a large, diverse team are essential. As a Chef de Partie, you will be able to work un-supervised, support junior staff and take full responsibility of your assigned section.

The perfect candidate will have:

  • relevant experience within a similar high-end and high-volume kitchen,
  • 2+ years of experience as a Chef or a Certificate at Level 4,
  • a positive, “can do” attitude,
  • a passion for food and a desire to present and produce high quality dishes.
  • a high level of food safety and hygiene.


This role offers:

  • $30 - $32 gross per hour with 30-50 hours per week guaranteed,
