ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Transmission Lines group is looking for Utility Arborists or Vegetation workers to support our busy vegetation team based in Napier. This role involves vegetation and forestry control around Ventia’s transmission high voltage network and will work across the Lower Central North Island region. The successful applicant will ensure a high level of safety is adhered to in order to protect the public, other team members, and themselves, therefore a commitment to Health and Safety is essential.
ABOUT YOU
Basic chainsaw skills
Experience in Forestry or as a Utility arborist is an advantage
A strong health and safety focus is required.
Familiarity with working around heavy plant and EWP equipment
A full and clean NZ Driver’s license is required as a minimum
