We are currently seeking an AccountsAdministrator with a can-do attitude to provide exceptional support to our Takanini branch.
The candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial records, organising accounts, and handling administrative tasks related to accounts. They are responsible for maintaining accurate financial data, reconciling accounts, processing transactions, and generating financial reports. In essence, they ensure the smooth operation of financial processes within an organisation. It's a role that requires attention to detail, organisation, and a strong understanding of financial concepts.
Key Duties:
Sending payslips and processing supplier invoices.
Assisting with weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll runs.
Data entry and bank reconciliation in Xero.
Monitoring timely payments for deposits and invoices.
Conducting daily reconciliation of rental trust accounts.
Liaising with suppliers and managing stationery/supplies purchases.
Managing accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliations and follow-ups.
Training and induction of new admin staff relevant to accounts.
Assisting with document scanning, uploading, and filing.
Organising team meetings, training, and reports.
Supporting project work with management as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in office administration or reception is essential
Prior accounts experience is advantageous
Excellent communication and computer skills
Ability to effectively coordinate and prioritise tasks
Great attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problem-solving skills
Familiarity with real estate industry practices is a plus but not required

This is a part-time position working Tuesday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm until 30 November. This role will become full time on 1 December 2025.
