Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

SkyCity currently have 2 hotels across our precinct - 4.5 star SkyCity Hotel and 5 star SkyCity Grand Hotel plus Horizon Hotel which is on the way so it's a pretty exciting part of the business. We look after a variety of guests from our local customers to visitors from all over the world! As part of the exceptional experience we provide at our hotels, we offer our guests an extensive In Room Dining menu.

Mōu | About You

Our In Room Dining team also provide catering for in-house SkyCity events and meetings too. You'll likely be someone with a friendly and welcoming nature who has a positive attitude to help make our guests feel at home. This is a fast paced role so you must be quick on your feet and able to juggle many tasks at once.

Previous customer service experience is required and strong communication skills.
