Oasis Engineering (part of the global Elaflex HIBY Group based in Hamburg, Germany) is a privately owned, family orientated leading manufacturer of turned and milled stainless products for the export natural gas, Hydrogen and national food and dairy industries. We design and develop our own products. Our continuous improvement philosophy is to improve our people, products, services, systems and procedures.

Are you an experienced and autonomous CNC lathe and/or CNC machine centre Setter and Operator?

Our company is growing fast and we have recently installed five brand new CNC machines. We have a position available on our day shift (with optional overtime at time and a half).

About you:

• You will hold a relevant trade qualification and have at least 2 years experience working on CNC Lathes and/or Machine Centers.
• You will be able to run and setup our CNC machines. Programming knowledge will be an advantage but will be taught if necessary.
• Many of our CNC's are loaded by automated Robot loading systems which we will teach you to program.
• Other tasks may include machine maintenance or making jigs / fixtures on our manual machines depending upon your experience.
• You'll have a keen eye for detail and quality, pride in your work and enjoy making quality products.
• You are able to read & understand drawings and embrace improvements.
