Your primary focus will be on delivering business excellence across Business and Industry clients within New Zealand. You will lead strategic mobilisation and integration of new contracts into existing operations, ensuring effective coordination with operational teams for successful implementation. Your role will also involve developing and implementing retention strategies to enhance client satisfaction and meet contractual KPIs.

• Lead the strategic initiation and setup of new contracts, ensuring seamless integration with current operations.
• Manage the introduction of new products and services, coordinating with operational teams for successful implementation.
• Develop and implement strategies for retention, conduct retention clinics, and ensure the fulfilment of contractual KPIs and obligations.
• Oversee the operational project management team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Act as the principal contact and business partner for sector operational teams and clients concerning business excellence.

• Proven background as a senior-level operations manager, adept at managing client contracts within the service industry.
