BestStart Murphy's Park seeks a dedicated Centre Manager to join our team. As leaders in early childhood education, we emphasize quality and research, contributing to the Oral language and Self-regulation study with around 1,600 pre-schoolers.
About the Role:
BestStart Murphy's Park is looking for an exceptional Centre Manager for our purpose-built center in Flat Bush, South Auckland.
With a 100-license capacity, we focus on high-quality early education, emphasizing a sense of belonging, belief, and self-expression for children. We seek an experienced leader with strong curriculum skills and a passion for building a positive team culture.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday
Role requirements:
Commit to making a difference in the lives of young learners with a team dedicated to excellence. We are looking for the following:
- B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current teacher registration/certification
- Strong understanding of child-led curriculum, pedagogy and curriculum
- Demonstrate good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard
- A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices
- You’ll be known for being a great coach, who can unlock the potential of others, you will have previous leadership experience
- You are an innovator, both in input and output – being part of simplifying the way we do things excites you!
