BestStart Fendalton is seeking a dedicated Centre Administrator to join our close-knit team. We focus on providing high-quality education and care to our community’s children.

About the Role

As Centre Administrator, you will ensure smooth operations while supporting whānau, children, and staff. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Managing bookings, data entry, and parent queries
  • Handling parent accounts, direct debits, and payments
  • Meeting deadlines with accuracy and efficiency
  • Using Word and Excel confidently
  • Occasionally assisting with children


You’ll receive ongoing support from our National Admin Support team, including structured training on Ministry of Education requirements.

Role Details

  • Permanent, part-time role
  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 11:30am
