RECORDS MANAGEMENT WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR | FULL-TIME |PENROSE

We have a new and exciting opportunity to join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor in Penrose!

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a Monday to Friday position , and Day Shift ( however, flexibility is required).

The Warehouse Supervisor will be required to provide overall staff supervision for our document management and general warehouse duties associated with the lodgement, storage, and retrieval of archived documents.

The key accountabilities of the role will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Hold Safety as a core value and contribute to the achievement of a zero harm and an incident/injury-free environment
  • Monitor and mentor your team, providing leadership and direction to ensure KPIs are met and exceeded
  • Reporting staff issues including absenteeism and performance levels
  • A forklift license is advantageous but not essential
  • Efficient and effective handling of confidential material
  • Manage relationships with key customers and all suppliers



ABOUT YOU

You will be someone who has the ability to get on with people from all walks of life. Someone who can take instructions, implement a daily/weekly work plan, and demonstrate professionalism with a can-do attitude.

  • Proven warehouse management experience and ability to manage a team
  • Exceptional experience with warehouse management systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Intermediate level or above.
  • You are an energetic, outgoing person who is organised, can manage your time well, and multitask effectively.
  • Applicants must be fit, healthy, and able to lift heavy loads when necessary
  • Good communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Drive improvements in warehouse processes and compliance
  • Hold a Clean, Full NZ Driver’s License
  • Join the on-call roster, with availability on the weekend when required (further details discussed in an interview)
  • At least 3 years or more working within a Warehousing environment
