About the role

Reporting into our Aquaculture Lead, you will provide administrative support to the Aquaculture Health Safety and Wellbeing team.



You will:

  • Support the wider Health Safety and Wellbeing Team in the management of purchase orders, ensuring invoices are paid accurately and in time
  • Support with arranging of training eg first aid using national providers
  • Support the roll out of initiatives and annual events
  • Support the digitisation project of STSs
  • Manage the creation, updating and reviews of the STSs for Aquaculture
  • Coordinate and prepare supporting documentation for the Pre-MOSS and MOSS audits
  • Support the MTOP renewal process



About you

You'll be a self-starter, confident in creating reports, presentations and be able to work autonomously whilst juggling multiple priorities.

  • Level 3 Health and Safety qualification
  • 2 - 3 year's experience in a Health and Safety administration role
  • 2 - 3 years experience in the development of training documentation
  • Knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work Act (HSWA) 2015 and related regulations.
  • High standard of integrity and professionalism.
  • Good written communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and be self-managing
  • Ability to build relationships across teams
