Property Manager Opportunity - Bayleys New Plymouth

Are you an experienced Property Manager seeking a new and exciting opportunity? Join our dedicated team at Bayleys New Plymouth. This is a full-time position overseeing a well-established portfolio of 100+ properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties.
  • Determine market rents and implement strategic advertising to fill vacancies promptly.
  • Maintain positive landlord & tenant relationships with a focus on excellent customer service.
  • Proactively sourcing new property managements to expand & maintain your portfolio.
  • Conduct initial, final, and routine inspections to ensure property standards are maintained & healthy home compliance is met.
  • Oversee maintenance activities and maintain great relationships with our contractors.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience managing a diverse property portfolio.
  • Thorough understanding of rental legislation, compliance expectations and experience creating rental agreements.
  • Enjoys the challenge of growing and optimising property portfolios.
  • Attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Experience using Palace or a similar CRM system.
