Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Administrator to join our warm, family-focused early childhood centre in Botany Downs. This role requires strong administrative skills, a friendly and professional manner, and a passion for supporting a nurturing learning environment.

Who are you?
An experienced Administrator who has:

  • Outstanding customer services skills
  • A hart for children and families, and building relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High degree of proficiency and competence in a range of computer applications
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multi-task


The position:

  • Permanent, full time (40 hours, Monday–Friday)
  • Caring for a variety of administrative responsibilities
  • Supporting Teachers in classrooms during lunch breaks
  • NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa is a pre-requisite
  • Kindercare police vet all employees
