At Compass Group, we collaborate with Emirates to deliver an unparalleled lounge experience. We are seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our team at Emirates Lounge in Auckland Airport. Hours of work are on "as and when" required basis, dependent upon business needs.
Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:
Our Chef De Partie;
Will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving top quality meals for our customers.
You will need to be able to cook within budget, assist with ordering and menu development as well as ensure the health and wellbeing of our customers through allergen and nutrition management.
You will also be assisting with general kitchen and cleaning duties.

You will be a hardworking, team player who is able to work under pressure with a positive "can-do" attitude.
You will have demonstrated culinary experience within a large production based environment.
You will have proven ability to lead a team by building a motivated and cohesive unit.
