The Role:

The Business Analyst acts as a crucial link between business stakeholders and the technology team. Their core responsibility involves understanding and documenting current operational processes, then collaborating with both business and technical teams to define and document future solutions, including detailed requirements. This is achieved through process modelling, requirements gathering and analysis, and the development of scenario models with supporting metrics for informed decision-making. They establish strong business relationships, produce comprehensive business analyses identifying issues and opportunities, translate business needs into clear requirements, conduct research on business challenges, and support the implementation of solutions. Furthermore, they contribute to the design, implementation, and support of business applications, working closely with the digital team and subject matter experts to enhance user efficiency.

Skills & experience required:

  • Experienced SAP user (2+ years).
  • Supply chain background.
  • Extensive business process knowledge.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent communicator (verbal and written).
