Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in analysing business needs, shaping technology solutions, and guiding the full CRM implementation lifecycle—from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the analysis, documentation, and validation of business and functional requirements for Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions using CRM capabilities.
Support the full project life cycle, including discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and change management.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives.
Work closely with developers, testers, architects, and project managers to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
Map existing business processes and recommend improvements aligned with Dynamics 365 features.
Lead or support data migration planning, testing, and execution.
Define and maintain documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and test cases.
Assist in planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support end-user training and adoption strategies.
Serve as the liaison between business units and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and support mitigation strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2+ years focused on Dynamics 365 CRM.
Deep understanding of CRM processes (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) and Dynamics 365 modules.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall project environments.
Proficiency in tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Visio, and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in sectors such as [e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare] is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
