ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is looking for an analytical expert with in-depth technical knowledge who is eager to tackle a challenge. As a part of our clients’ transformation from a legacy application environment to a cutting-edge cloud services organisation, this role will be a bridge between the architectural and development teams.

As the ideal candidate you will be adept in establishing and navigation relationships with both business and technical staheholders, and will have a strong knowledge of cloud native environments, DevOps, CI/CD, microservices, containerisation and their principles. To be successful in this role you will be capable of utilising your knowledge to understand and identify what technical tools to deploy for different use cases. You will also be confident leading from the front, gathering requirements and using these to generate processes and structures for efficient operation in ambiguous environments.

DUTIES

  • Work directly with the architecture team to replace technical debt.
  • Produce and articulate proof of concept designs to development teams.
  • Create new processes and frameworks to reflect business requirements and increase technical and agile optimisation.
  • Technically strong in serverless cloud environments working closely with service designers and architects to design solutions.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Strong core Business Analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, cloud services, cloud native environments, modern development languages and support structures.
  • Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Microservices and Containerisation principles.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working with Architects/Business Leaders to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Very strong communication skills to bridge the gap between customer facing products and bespoke IT solutions.
