We are seeking a Junior Estimator / Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our clients team from mid-April. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with some industry experience to gain hands-on exposure in the field.
Your Responsibilities:
Read and interpret building plans
Measure & quantify materials and labor costs
Provide accurate cost estimations and quotations
Work with different timber types
Use Excel & strong computer skills for calculations

A detail-oriented and analytical individual with a strong understanding of numbers and accuracy in calculations
A fast learner who can quickly adapt to new processes
Someone with basic knowledge of timber types and construction materials
Strong Excel & computer skills for managing project data
A team player with good communication and relationship-building skills
Ideally, a recent graduate or someone with some industry experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
