We are seeking a Junior Estimator / Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our clients team from mid-April. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with some industry experience to gain hands-on exposure in the field.

Your Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret building plans
• Measure & quantify materials and labor costs
• Provide accurate cost estimations and quotations
• Work with different timber types
• Use Excel & strong computer skills for calculations

• A detail-oriented and analytical individual with a strong understanding of numbers and accuracy in calculations
• A fast learner who can quickly adapt to new processes
• Someone with basic knowledge of timber types and construction materials
