About The Opportunity
Programmed is currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our renowned painting business in Wellington. Based in Porirua, this integral role will see you responsible for providing first-class customer experience and service to our existing client base across the Wellington area, while establishing new business opportunities for the branch.

Reporting line: Regional Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead & coordinate project delivery
- Oversee and expand the sales prospects across the locations
- Provide financial and work forecasting for existing and potential projects
- Provide guidance and leadership to our business development team in the branch
- Produce monthly reports to our leadership teams
- Provide excellent customer service to our existing customer base
- Build strong working relationships with our clients and stakeholders
- Ensure our staff and site are following all occupation health and safety processes and procedures
About You
To join our team, ideally, you will be an experience sales person, be operational and leadership-minded with a good knowledge of the services industry with a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others. Additionally, you will have
- Previous experience in a sales role is essential
- Experience managing sales and marketing activities
- Establishing effective and productive relationships with clients, peers and contractors.
- A good understanding of estimating and project management principles and activities
- Provide guidance and leadership to the team
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and excellent presentation skills
- A strong commitment to and understanding of quality and OH&S management systems
