We’re seeking a leader to manage the successful delivery of a newappointmentbookingsystem as part of our clients SmartServiceProgramme. This high-impact role will oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring seamless integration of customer preferences, staff availability, and scheduling capabilities.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading the end-to-end delivery of an enterprise-wide appointment booking system.
Managing multiple workstreams, including customer preference mapping, staff availability, and matching algorithms.
Driving significant change management initiatives across the business.
Engaging with external vendors and ensuring seamless collaboration.
Overseeing project governance, risk management, and compliance.
Coordinating with IT and business teams to deliver a high-quality, customer-centric solution.
Ensuring financial accountability, transparent reporting, and adherence to timelines.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in delivering complex IT programmes with multiple workstreams.
Strong understanding of Project Management lifecycles, governance, and risk mitigation.
Ability to navigate Agile methodologies, breaking down work into epics and milestones.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience managing vendors and third-party service providers.
Background in financial services or large corporate environments is a plus.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and enterprise project management tools.
Bonus Skills:
Project Management and Agile certifications.
Experience with customer-facing digital solutions.
Understanding of compliance obligations within financial services.
