The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Theatre Leader to join our team in the newly created role of Associate Theatre Manager.

Reporting to the Theatre Services Manager, the Associate Theatre Manager is responsible for:

  • Providing clinical expertise, direction and leadership to the nursing and clinical support workforce within Theatres. This role will manage the day- to- day requirements of service delivery of the Operating Theatres.
  • Assume accountability for Clinical & Operational leadership, resource management and efficiency of services and is required to work with other leadership teams to support and deliver efficient & effective use of people & financial resources, resulting in positive clinical outcomes, exceptional customer services and growth of services within their delegation.


This role actively supports the Theatre Services Manager to the achieve strategic goals Of Braemar Hospital and is a critical element of the Theatre leadership team, contributing to the success and efficiency of the Theatre Services.

To be successful in this role you will:
