Job Description

The Role:

This role sits in the Business Transformation Office team, reporting to the Business Analysis Manager.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver technical and functional documentation to support business solutions. Support user stories, business process flows, facilitate trainings and sprints, gather requirements in data modelling, APIs and system integrations.

You will contribute to the build, test and implementation of projects including providing post go-live support. Bridge the gap between vendors and the business to ensure automation products are developed successfully and fit for purpose.

Work with project teams to manage requirements for technology solutions, particularly in technologies such as Cloud Hosting, CMS, CDP, Personalisation Engines and Identity Platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver some key business initiatives and work with driven, passionate and like-minded individuals.

To Be successful:

  • 5+ years as a Technical Business Analyst
  • Proven experience in the following area; Data Analysis, Technical Documentation, SQL Proficiency, Process Modelling, Cloud Technologies and API Integrations
  • Ability to interpret security, privacy, I&AM and compliance legislation
  • Experience supporting automation activities
  • Experience gathering requirements for solutions in Cloud Hosting, CMS, CDP, Personalisation Engines and Identity Platforms
  • a great attitude and willingness to get stuck-in
