We have an opportunity for a dedicated Assistant Property Manager to join our Property Management team at Bayleys Marlborough. You will be part of an ever-changing fast-paced environment where every day brings something new and exciting.

Highlights of the role

As our Assistant Property Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our landlords and tenants. Your varied duties will include:

  • Conducting detailed routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections using Liquid Palace
  • Preparing inspection reports, and promptly communicating outcomes to property managers and owners
  • Managing monthly inspection schedules efficiently, ensuring inspections are strategically planned
  • Sending timely notifications to tenants, ensuring compliance with residential tenancy regulations
  • Supporting administrative tasks such as charge-outs, reminder management, special projects, and audit reporting
  • Assisting with property management cover during leave periods, including handling urgent maintenance, tenant move-ins/outs, and rent reconciliations
  • Step in wherever needed – consider yourself the handy helper of property management
