The Opportunity |Te kōwhiringa

We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and detail orientated Administrator with strong financial acumen to join our team in Hamilton.

In this busy and varied role, you’ll be responsible for providing quality administration and contract support ensuring all administration functions and financial processes are carried out to high standards.


Day-to-day duties include:

  • Provide administration and coordination to support the day to day running of the depot
  • Prepare, process and reconcile financial records including purchase orders, invoices and receipts
  • Provide support to various departments and internal managers as needed
  • Ensure systems and processes are continuously being improved on
  • General office administration as required such as, stationery, consumables PPE and stock orders etc



Our Manchester Place depot is a fast-paced, high-traffic environment, with a constant flow of people and activity throughout the day. This opportunity would suit someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and can manage high volumes of activity with ease.



This is an office based, Full-time, Permanent position working Monday-Friday.

As a key person within our support team, you will be someone who enjoys operating in a busy environment. Your ability to multitask effectively and stay organised when under pressure while maintaining a warm and friendly demeanour will see you successful in this role.


We are looking for candidates with the following skills & experience:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on financial tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience with JD Edwards or similar large ERP is an advantage
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling financial data
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • People focused with great communication and relationship building skills
