This is an exciting opportunity to step into a role which will see you responsible for leading the Showroom team.
Daily you will be responsible for –
Lead the retail and showroom team to ensure performance is exceeded and excellent customer service is delivered to our customers
Manage the day to day running of the Showroom
Developing and maintaining relationships with our preferred suppliers
In-store advertising, promotions, Merchandising and displays
Provide leadership, training and mentoring to our Showroom team and ensure they are supported
Oversee cycle counting and stock monitoring.
Product ordering and liaising with the Inventory team to ensure sufficient stock is available.
Support the branch Manager with the day-to-day activities as required by the business
This is a permanent full-time role offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm, Working 1 rostered Saturday a month. About You: Being customer centric with a passion for exceptional service, you lead by example and have proven leadership experience that engages and encourages your team to do their best.
Ability to thinking outside the box and be bold to ensure overall objectives are met
Retail or sales background
Leadership experience or strong leadership attributes with the ability to inspire a team
Positive and outgoing personality and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Have strong communication skills with ability to delegate appropriately
Effective time management, organisation, and great attention to detail
A commitment to continuously review process and implement improvements
