The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a role which will see you responsible for leading the Showroom team.

Daily you will be responsible for –

• Lead the retail and showroom team to ensure performance is exceeded and excellent customer service is delivered to our customers
• Manage the day to day running of the Showroom
• Developing and maintaining relationships with our preferred suppliers
• In-store advertising, promotions, Merchandising and displays
• Provide leadership, training and mentoring to our Showroom team and ensure they are supported
• Oversee cycle counting and stock monitoring.
• Product ordering and liaising with the Inventory team to ensure sufficient stock is available.
• Support the branch Manager with the day-to-day activities as required by the business

This is a permanent full-time role offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm, Working 1 rostered Saturday a month.

About You:
Being customer centric with a passion for exceptional service, you lead by example and have proven leadership experience that engages and encourages your team to do their best.

• Ability to thinking outside the box and be bold to ensure overall objectives are met
• Retail or sales background
• Leadership experience or strong leadership attributes with the ability to inspire a team
• Positive and outgoing personality and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Have strong communication skills with ability to delegate appropriately
• Effective time management, organisation, and great attention to detail
• A commitment to continuously review process and implement improvements
