Job Description
The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a role which will see you responsible for leading the Showroom team.
Daily you will be responsible for –
- Lead the retail and showroom team to ensure performance is exceeded and excellent customer service is delivered to our customers
- Manage the day to day running of the Showroom
- Developing and maintaining relationships with our preferred suppliers
- In-store advertising, promotions, Merchandising and displays
- Provide leadership, training and mentoring to our Showroom team and ensure they are supported
- Oversee cycle counting and stock monitoring.
- Product ordering and liaising with the Inventory team to ensure sufficient stock is available.
- Support the branch Manager with the day-to-day activities as required by the business
This is a permanent full-time role offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm, Working 1 rostered Saturday a month.
About You:
Being customer centric with a passion for exceptional service, you lead by example and have proven leadership experience that engages and encourages your team to do their best.
- Ability to thinking outside the box and be bold to ensure overall objectives are met
- Retail or sales background
- Leadership experience or strong leadership attributes with the ability to inspire a team
- Positive and outgoing personality and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Have strong communication skills with ability to delegate appropriately
- Effective time management, organisation, and great attention to detail
- A commitment to continuously review process and implement improvements
