This role is ideally suited for someone who takes a hands-on approach and is truly dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service in the trade industry.
This position offers a wonderful blend of customer-facing sales and hands-on store support. You'll collaborate closely with the team to really understand customer needs, tackle challenges head-on, and help the business flourish through your product knowledge and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities: Provide tailored solutions and exceptional service to our valued trade shop customers. Process orders, handle phone queries, and assist the sales team with a variety of tasks. Pick, pack, and dispatch orders with accuracy and efficiency. Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and suppliers. Promote the company's diverse product range to help drive sales forward. Ensure the trade shop and warehouse are kept safe, organized, and efficient.
Requirements: A proactive, customer-focused attitude that shines. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately. Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster connection. A good understanding of trade products is a plus but not essential - we're happy to train the right candidate! A vibrant personality and a customer-oriented approach that draws people in. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. OSH certificate is desirable but not essential. Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test. Be able to pass a Ministry of Justice check.
