Job: Franchise Compliance Officer
Location: West Auckland

Do you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple systems with confidence?
Our client is looking for a Franchise Compliance Officer to join their team and help ensure the franchise operations remain compliant, consistent, and audit-ready.

About the Role:
As a Franchise Compliance Officer, you’ll be responsible for conducting compliance checks, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring our systems and franchisees meet internal standards and legal obligations. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on structure, analysis, and making sure everything is done by the book.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular compliance checks and internal audits across franchise locations
  • Identify, investigate, and report on discrepancies across multiple systems
  • Interpret and apply New Zealand employment law and regulatory standards
  • Support data integrity and process alignment across departments
  • Manage and monitor various compliance workflows and reporting tools
  • Recommend improvements to systems and procedures


What We’re Looking For:

  • Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, and automation)
  • A solid understanding of New Zealand employment law and auditing regulations
  • Excellent multitasking and time management capabilities
  • Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple platforms and data systems
  • A degree or tertiary qualification in Business, Accounting, Law, or a related field
  • This role could also suit a recent graduate with the right foundational knowledge and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
