Kia mahi ngātahi mō Pōneke mō tōna āpōpō | Working together for Wellington's future.
This role will give you the opportunity to enhance how Wellingtonians interact with our Parking System. Working closely with the Service Development Lead Advisor, you'll build strong relationships with our providers and deliver improvements to Parking Services. You'll have the chance to design and implement new technology and processes that improve Parking Services Operations, collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

We are seeking a candidate who excels in the following areas:

  • Cultural Insight and Inclusivity: Strong ability to gain insight into organizational culture and design tools that are accessible and easily utilised by a diverse workforce, fostering inclusivity, and understanding.
  • Logistics and Procurement: Proven experience in managing logistics, procurement, and operational workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Project Implementation and Business Improvement: Skilled in driving project implementation and leading continuous business improvement initiatives to enhance performance.
  • Contract Management Support: Experience in supporting leadership with contract management, ensuring compliance and value delivery.
  • Customer Orientation: A customer-focused approach to work, ensuring excellent service delivery and embedding this mindset into team operations.

Appointment in band for this role will be between 74,196 - $87,289 and based on prior skills and experience.
