BCI Central is SaaS product and a market leader within APAC selling a software service/product which provides a solution in live construction intelligence to leading suppliers, professional services firms, contractors and subcontractors.
Our online platform gives clients access to real-time sector specific project opportunities, updates on key industry stakeholders, powerful analytics tools and CRM features to help improves business efficiency, support key strategic activities and increase sales and profit.
After releasing our new platform which has already been a huge success in 2024, and will continue in further product enhancements and releases.

About the role
This role is a full-time B2B Sales Position for a motivated, energetic, and aspiring sales professional looking to join our high-performing Auckland sales team who have broken team sales records the last 2 years.
Our top performing Business Development Managers have come from various backgrounds and some with no prior sales experience. How did they get to be a top performer? Our focus is on coaching and personal development. At BCI, we provide our new starters with all the tools and knowledge they need to be successful in a B2B sales environment.
You will learn to understand clients across New Zealand’s existing business development strategies and internal sales processes in order to offer the appropriate BCI solution.
The role will evolve to cover the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. The position is purely business development where once you acquire the client, you will pass over to a dedicated account management team who will help guide the client to success and implement the strategy you have proposed.
The prospects are diverse and can include any company involved in the construction sector from global players, market leaders, local New Zealand businesses to start-up companies. You will be challenged every day, within a continuous learning culture where over-achieving is the norm.

About you
• Self-motivated, organised with an inquisitive mindset.
• Competitive nature with a drive to succeed and keen to progress through the company.
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills but doesnt have to come from a construction related background
• A people person with the ability to build rapport, gain trust & influence client thinking.
• University qualifications highly regarded
